Refund policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Bomme products.
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return by contacting us at info@bommehair.ae.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Bomme LED Red Light Device: Covered by a 1-year warranty. If a malfunction occurs, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging as received. (Products may be used but must include all original packaging.)

  • Items damaged, lost, or mishandled due to personal use (e.g., dropped, stolen, spilled) are not eligible for a refund.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Only products purchased directly from bommehair.ae are eligible. Items purchased from other retailers are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • If you purchased a Bomme Rejuvenation Duo, Essential Set, or Super Set, all items in the set must be returned to qualify for a refund. Partial returns are not eligible.

 


 

Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping in the following cases:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Please email us immediately at info@bommehair.ae so we can evaluate the issue and provide a pre-paid return label.

  • Replacements: If your item is defective, we offer to send a replacement and cover the return shipping of the original item.

For all other return reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will issue your refund.

 


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 


 

Cancellations

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency.

  • Payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless prepaid.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the selected period.

  • To cancel or modify a subscription, please do so at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery.

  • You can manage your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at info@bommehair.ae.

 


 

Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order reserves an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.

  • At checkout, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method for later.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled.

  • Once fulfilled and shipped, pre-orders cannot be canceled. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our return policy.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@bommehair.ae.
